Ensuring effective financial and accounting systems are in place and are functional.
Management of finances and provision of guidance to the Agency on financial expenditure, treasury circulars and adequate control on collection and disbursement of funds.
Receiving and banking funds accruable to the Agency.
Making payments and preparing reports on expenditure and revenue to the Board.
Routine inspection of the books of accounts of the Zonal Offices of the Agency to ensure revenue collected are properly accounted for and lodged in the appropriate accounts.
Liaising with the State Ministry of Finance and other institutions on financial matters and budget.
Production of financial report of the Agency at the end of the year.
Provision of technical support to the Zonal Offices on financial matters.
