Freely choose his/her accredited primary healthcare provider and an alternate provider (where principal is not residing with his dependents in the same location).
Change primary healthcare provider after six (6) months, if not satisfied with the service or due to relocation.
Access care once the name is on the current enrollee register after proper identification.
Receive treatment at the nearest registered healthcare facilities in emergencies.
Add or remove dependent(s) in line with BNSHIA Operational Guidelines.
Add extra dependent(s) on payment of a fee specified by the Agency.
Know the cost of prescribed drugs for verification of co-payment.
Give feedback to the Agency and other stakeholders on the quality of care received.
